Working with Dharamshila Narayana Hospital as a visiting counsellor since 5 years looking into the psychological impact of patients. Dr. Neha is working with a reputed Noida based school as counsellor since 2011 dealing with behavioral, academic issues of children and also deals with adolescent counselling of children and parents. Prior to this she has worked with SBS as a special educator . Dr. Neha is also working as a visiting psychologist with mental health professionals for adult counselling.

Has recently conducted a research on parenting styles and depression among adolescents.
